The other day, out walking around my neighborhood, I walked by a house where some renovations were going on. I always check out the trash piles in case someone’s getting rid of anything good (on a recent walk, someone was clearing out a garage, and I picked up a free, fully functional Scott’s lawn spreader.)
This time it was just junk—old carpet and drywall—but I spotted this:
