In response to my piece on Bonanza Steakhouse, someone pointed me to this vacant Bonanza building in Danville, Virginia, a rather struggling city in southern Virginia. It’s been vacant for many years, but was previously a Japanese restaurant, which shows how widespread that cuisine is in America.
