I saw this tweet the other day, from the man who runs a Northern Virginia YIMBY group:
That’s a really neat way of thinking about it. If anything, as more of our life takes place on the internet, and more of our stuff—fridges with screens, remotely controllable washing machines and electronic locks, etc.—is connected, we’ve become more attuned to the importance of the physical world.
