It's almost absurd how much charm a city could add by banning cars on a few narrow streets and laying down some tram tracks.
And having dedicated lanes would improve transit service too!

Does the phrase “banning cars” sound radical to you? If you’re reading this, maybe not. But it can sound radical, certainly. (Cue a half-joke about learning from the early Soviet Union and how anti-car sentiment is really communism!)
