A few days ago, I heard “Stairway to Heaven” on the classic rock station that’s always playing at the coffee shop where I usually sit and work, probably for the fifth time that week. Out of curiosity, I googled the famously mumbo-jumbo lyrics, and I came across a blog post from 2011—from what’s now a dead blog—explaining what the line “if there’s a bustle in your hedgerow…” might mean. TLDR: nothing, really.
