They’re putting the finishing touches on this new restaurant in Reston, Virginia. At first I thought “First Watch” was an urgent care clinic; it kind of sounded like one, and the clean, minimal design didn’t look like a restaurant to me.
First Watch is apparently a nautical term, and the restaurant is a chain healthy-ish diner/brunch place. Probably not …
