Driving home from a long weekend is always interesting, and kind of part of the trip experience. Last time we did one of these, we drove through mainland southeastern Virginia and visited a country ham shop. This time, driving home from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, we took U.S. 15 (and some other smaller country roads in between) back to Fairfax County.
