I use that a lot, but it has watermarks so I prefer to find a public source if I can. Loudoun is one of few counties that has its own archive actually

A bit off topic maybe but I was shocked to see that the rent for that apartment was listed as $1,200, and in 2021 at that. This does not seem like a desirable building in modern day terms or a pleasant location, so I expected less. Is there really nowhere affordable left to live in the DC area anymore?
